|Nonprofits invited to learn about funding resources from WACF - June 2 2015
WINNECONNE, Wis. - The Winneconne Area Community Foundation (WACF) invites nonprofit organizations to learn about funding opportunities during a grantseekers workshop from 8 to 9 a.m. Tuesday, June 16, at the Fin 'n' Feather, 22 W. Main St.

WACF is accepting applications for grants from the WACF Fund and Winneconne Basic Needs Fund. Charitable organizations that provide services to residents of the Winneconne Area School District, which includes the Village of Winneconne and towns of Larsen, Winchester, Poygan and Buttes des Morts, are encouraged to apply.
Grants from the WACF Fund support projects or new programs for a broad range of purposes to a variety of charitable organizations that focus on arts and culture, community development, education, environment and health and human services.
Grants from the Winneconne Basic Needs Fund support programs that meet residents' basic needs, including food, clothing and shelter.
