Foundation launches search for new President and CEO - February 11 2016

OSHKOSH, WI - The Oshkosh Area Community Foundation has launched a search for its new President and Chief Executive Officer.

In the process to identify candidates, a Foundation committee has retained the help of a Green Bay-based search firm. The committee expects to begin reviewing applications at the end of February. The position will remain open until it's filled.

Diane Abraham left the position on Oct. 9, 2015, after two years leading the foundation. She was its third president and CEO in the Foundation's 88-year history.

Former Oshkosh Mayor Burk Tower is serving as the Foundation's interim president during the search for Abraham's successor.

The President and CEO will provide leadership for the Foundation, as well as oversight for all activities, build relationships with donors and community members and manage operations of the organization, which has $100 million assets. The new individual in this position will play a critical role in the community to identify needs and foster a spirit of collaboration.
