Community Foundation taps Milwaukee-based firm to lead CEO search - February 4 2013

OSHKOSH, WI - In the process to identify its new President and Chief Executive Officer, the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation Board of Directors has retained the services of Spano Pratt Executive Search.

The Milwaukee-based search firm will begin work immediately. Search Committee Chair Marcy Coglianese expects to begin the interview process with potential candidates in April.

Eileen Connolly-Keesler ended her tenure with the Community Foundation on Nov. 15, 2012, after 13 years as its President and Chief Executive Officer to become president and CEO of the Community Foundation for Collier County in Naples, Fla.

A former board member and Oshkosh resident Bill Wyman is serving as the Community Foundation's interim president during the search for Connolly-Keesler's successor.

The President and CEO will provide leadership for the Community Foundation and fulfill the organization's strategic goals and mission, as adopted by the Board of Directors. The new individual in this position will play a critical role not only for the Community Foundation, but in the community as a consensus builder who fosters a spirit of collaboration.
