Life Insurance: Name the Community Foundation as the primary, secondary or contingent beneficiary of a life insurance policy

Charitable Remainder Trust: Receive lifetime income for yourself and a loved one, and ensure future support for your favorite nonprofit

Charitable Lead Trust: Generate current support for your favorite charity and preserve future gifts to family, while minimizing gift and estate taxes

Life Estate: Donate your home to the Community Foundation and continue living in the residence, while receiving an income tax deduction
