The Oshkosh Area Community Foundation maintains the most complete online source for scholarships available to students in Winnebago County and beyond at its Scholarship Center website.
Search for Scholarships or View All
Begin by completing an online profile for a custom search for all scholarships that you may be eligible for. Or choose to View All scholarships.
Click on a scholarship name and the eligibility criteria will appear in a quick view format. Mark the check box next to those that you wish to apply, then scroll down to click Apply. Clicking Apply will take students to a page with more details and links or downloadable application form. It will not take students directly to the application form. When you click Apply, the Scholarship Center website will prompt you to login. If you haven't already created your own unique login and password, you must create one before viewing the scholarship details and completing the application.
Apply Online
If an Online Application is available, click on the link listed with the details of the scholarship to begin your application. (Note: Scholarship Application website requires users to create a separate login and password.) Don't worry if you can't finish the application all at once. You can save what you've done so far and finish it later. Just be sure to make a note of your user name and password.
For students considering applying for an Oshkosh Area Community Foundation Scholarship or a Winneconne Area Education Foundation Scholarship, you need only complete the Online Application once. Our computer will automatically consider students for all scholarships they are eligible for. To be considered for BOTH Financial- and Merit-based scholarships, fill out the Financial Needs scholarship application. Be sure to upload the additional financial need form.
Download the appropriate forms (Financial Need and/or Activities) listed in the scholarship description, complete the information, save the form to your computer and then upload the completed forms when requested during the Online Application process, or email the completed forms to the contact person for that scholarship.
