Oshkosh Public Library Collection Improvement Fund

The Oshkosh Public Library Collection Improvement Fund supports:

  • the establishment and expansion of new collections;
  • the purchase of materials the library would not ordinarily buy due to expense;
  • or the purchase of materials beyond the capability of the library operations budget.

This fund also supports the purchase of library materials consistent with the expressed intent of a donor, gift, bequest or endowment.
