Laura Jane and Harley Loker Scholarship Fund

The Laura Jane and Harley Loker Scholarship Fund provides funds for a graduating Neenah High School senior to attend an accredited college or university.
This scholarship was established to honor the life’s work of Laura Jane Loker, who was an ESL teacher, and Harley Loker, who encouraged high school athletes participation in sports for over 30 years.
Eligible students also should:

  • speak English as a second language or have the desire to teach ESL, or

  • participate in high school sports and not have a college athletic scholarship.
